Through the years, making birthday cakes at a couple of different Bakeries, and getting to know the Moms, and the Kids, and always giving the kids, cookies, and making every one of them “Special,” when they came in. It wasn’t long and I was, “Joy the cookie Lady.” After these kids began to grow up and realized I was the lady that made their birthday cakes too,  It   eventually changed to, “Joy the Cake Lady,” and it still is today.
